Frank Miller, Lynn Varley, 300 (1998)

I am not a big comic book reader, only Corto Maltese by Hugo Pratt, did I read in the last years. But with 300 the movie about to be released, my love for the classics and a friend having the comic book laying around, I picked it up and devoured Frank Miller’s 300 in ‘widesceen’ format. Miller was inspired by the 1962 movie The 300 Spartans. A true literary comic classic!
